Hi everyone, im kinda new to 240sx's, i have currently a 300zx and just barely got a 91 240sx coupe, but anyhow i have some spare parts from a 300zx, like 5-lug hubs front and rear and a spare 300zx non turbo LSD, and some brakes calipers and rotors do all of these items fit the 240sx, and if so, what other items will i need to do the install? I just want to know if its all a bolt in issue or will i need other hardware or have to fabb something? I been hearing that 300zx output shafts dont fit the 240sx, and will need to be redone or something. Or can i just put the whole 300zx subframe assembly and bolt it in? And also i been noticing many of the members here uses J30 LSD, any reason on why? Sorry for all the quaetions i just want to do it right without being stuck on anything. thanks for your inputs :)

not sure about the output shafts, but the brakes will clear if they're the 90 or 91 non-turbo calipers. The 26mm will clear a stock S13 wheel, but a 30mm (twin turbo or 92+) will not.

the rest of that stuff is pretty much bolt on to a 240sx

and the j30 uses the v-lsd r200 diff just like the 300zx, they are all basicly the same with just some minor diffs.
