Email Induction Concepts at [email protected] request that they develope a twin turbo system for the Q45.

We need about 50+ people to do this for them to consider making a kit.

Let me know if you get this repliy "Thanks for the inquiry Brien. My main concern is that I'm not sure there isenough demand for that application. For one thing, you would need a forgedshortblock (crank, rods and pistons), the second thing is cost, I'd guessaround the $7-8k range for a twin setup. Our Mustang kits start at $8k andgo up from there. It's not that we make a huge profit, in fact it's barelymore than 10% (which is unheard of from a manufacturer), it's that weinclude so much in our kits and only use the best parts and componentsavailable.

We'd have to be able to sell 50 kits to make it worthwhile for the manythousands of dollars and hundreds of hours we invest in the development of anew kit.

Would anyone invest 8k in a first gen no matter how tempting to get those extra 70 ponies? I'm not sure that someone with a brand new 55k Q would put that much into the car let alone the engine mods it would take to make it work with a T-charger. Wouldn't a supercharger be much more practical?

IMO, not worth it. Why not just do the supercharger setup? In any case, there's no way you'll find anywhere close to 50 people to do that setup. You'd be lucky if you found 1 or 2... Don't mean to crash this party, but I'm just telling it how it is.

You could get way more then 70HP from a TT setup. If they decide to build this kit, they would do all of the custom work themselves.

We don't need 50 people to actually buy the kit, they just have to show interest in buying the kit.

LOL - Not to be a spoiler, but there's not 50 people willing to spend even $1000 on their Q45.

Jeff and Corey are right...

The good news is I now have 2 people with $ in hand, committed to purchasing the first 2 SC manifolds. The funny part is, neither of them are NICO members...

Because it's relevant only to the guy who has to come up with the money for re-casting... Me.

The guy that bought the rights to the B.A.D. manifold design for the Impala SS supercharger will likely be doing the casting....

Besides,
