the absolute first thing is better tires, since youre already going to be in a higher class take advantage of it

Ditto. Tires make a huge difference. Take a look at subframe collars/or bushings, they help stiffen up the rear quite a bit. How is the 180sx sway bar working for you? I wasn't aware they are any different from USDM sway bars. Maybe you could try going for some adjustable ones instead. Other than that, seems like you have a good starting point w/ the exception of tires.

with the adj tc rods you put yourself in a pretty high class to be competitie in. once you get all the parts installed, get a good alignment.

sticky tires are the only thing holding you back right now. other than that I would look into some nice swaybars, maybe whiteline adjustables. Coilovers are one of the last thing I would get since you already have the upgraded springs and shocks

Just tires car wise. The rest, seat time. Maybe even go a couple events on your current tires to see how different it is when you go better tires.

I went to autox this weekend (didn't do great, but I wasn't the worse ) - I see fast cars w/ all the mods do great & do some do like ***. A guy in a 240 was very competitive w/ the other cars, beating out the rx-8's during the day and keeping up w/ some of the corvettes - 80% driver skill, 20% car. His buddy that came in an equivalent 240 had one of the worse times of the day. I had better suspension & tires than both of em and fell somewhere in the middle - not too bad for my first real autox event.

Coilovers are overkill. And did you ignore what brokeas240sx said? Its all about sticky tires, and seat time. If your'e just starting out going to more autoxes and gaining experience will only make you better
