A local motorsports club is starting up in my town, so in addition to the regional solo-1 type track, we will be holding our own solo-2 type events! Anyways, I have no race/track experience whatsoever, and will probably attend the "race school" or whatever in the spring.

My question is relative to suspension setup. Over the last year, I've started with the critical things like alignment and tires, Then I swapped in Prokit/Agx. My setup feels good on the street (my intention- bad roads), but I was wondering if I should get aftermarket sway bars as well. I have a high distaste for body-roll. And the limited drop (and LESS STIFFNESS IN THE FRONT) of the eibachs, still allows for substantial roll. Will an extra-stiff sway, such as whiteline, make my car corner flat only to have my actual corner-grip/handling suffer? The eibachs are only stiffer in the rear spring, and even then not by much.

I've been searching through NICO, and Its generally recommended to tune with springs first, then sways. It's just that I don't think I could go much stiffer for the street, but I want less roll....

Anybody run Prokit and Whiteline sways? Thanks for any experienced insight you can give....

HAving ridden in a car that had Tein HEs and Whiteline Flat Out sways (all set on full soft for the street) I would venture to bet that the WLFO sways are way too stiff and too much for your setup. Can't give you much more than that as I am learning suspension tuning right now as well and I don't yet know the equations and force names ;)

so, do you know whether or not the whiteline sways (from PDM specifically), are a good fit to prokit springs?
