solid subframe bushing dimensions

i have a buddy that works at a machine shop and says he can make me a set for super cheap...if i could find the dimensions

so far the interwebz hasnt been much help


so i need a favor from someone who just ordered some pbm or spl solid subframe raises and mic em out at room temp



any help would be greatly appreciated.
