can you use the brian crower stage 2 cam and springs with the tomei solid lifters or do you have to use the tomei pro cams

Yeah you can use whatever cams you want. But the catch is measuing the lash. You have to buy the proper size rocker guides, and shims. FRsport makes a good tool to measure the lash between valves. I honestly don't know how do it but im sure there is a writeup here on NICO I think the 9,000 rpm head writeup has it.

Also when reassmebling the head make sure you put the rocker guides and shims on the correct valvespring. I reversed them and threw all my rocker arms on my intake side even with rocker arms stoppers. Freakin nightmare.
