SOLID DIFFERENTAL BUSHINGS INSTALL HELP

I have ordered stance solid diff bushings and looking for anyone who has info. on the installation. do they have to be pressed in?? can i install them with diff still in car?? i searched but they is nothing about installation. pictues would be nice but information is key. PLEASE RESPOND

put the bushings in the freezer overnight ther will still have to be pressed in but it will go easier. as far as i remember we had to take the diff out of my 14 to get them in
