Why would cause the solenoids not to work sometimes , , if I unplug both of them and plug them back up they will work and car will run fine as long as u don’t erase the check engine code anyone had this problem before , just replaced computer,

The FSM may have some troubleshooting steps for the codes you're facing or solenoids themselves. I'd start there!

Hi I had the same problem with my 2011 m56x, I ended up replacing both bank1 intake and exhaust solenoids, they say you can clean them but usually when too much sludge builds up in them they start to work but get stuck again. Better get new ones. I know the original Hitachi solenoids are expensive so i got a couple from amazon and they work well for now and a quarter of the price.
