preferably another 240, the thing is that i only drove stick twice, learned on a buddies dodge dakota sport. the 2nd time i never stalled.

The best way to get better i see it is me getting a manual and actually practice driving.

Any advice?

Nissan manuals are a bit notchy but they're easy to find gears in.

Be gentle, be patient. Its like learning the piano -- it just takes practice to get a feel for everything, and before you know it you'll be busting out fugues like Bach.

You'll get used to it.
My 240sx was my first car, and first manual I've ever driven and I still managed to barely putt around town.
Now it's easy peasy.

Just get in a manual and drive, best way to learn.

You could have just converted your old S14 to manual.

You'll learn. The best way to get used to it is to just do it.

That's what hand brakes are for. Pull it, rev up a tad, start letting out your clutch and once it starts to grab, let free of the hand brake. Give it more gas and let that clutch out. No rolling.

If your car doesn't have a hand brake, I'm sure it has a rev limiter. Rev the pizz out of it and abruptly let out the clutch. No rolling.

Later you'll find that you can do it and roll only a small amount...and so long as the person doesn't pull up 6" off your bumper, you'll be fine with a little roll.
