SOHC vs DOHC

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

will the sohc bellhousing bolt up to the S13 dohc motor?so if i swap from S13 (1990) ka24e to S13 (1991) ka24dewill my WHOLE transmission bolt up? not just the guts but the whole thing

i cant remember for certain cause i never had one but theres a sensor on the dohc bellhousing and i heard of another difference but it is otherwise interchangable as far as ive heard.

Yeah, I swapped a 92 engine into my 90 240 and left the old transmission in place.
