sohc to dohc wiring problems

i just got threw finishing my 91 ka24de into 1990 fb swap. i have it running but now my windows wont roll up, my horn dont work , my headlights wont go down, my turno signals wont come on and my windows wont go down. wtf??? the only wires that i spliced were the 5 under dash wires, and left the other wires alone. do i need to match all the other wiries under the dash also? ive already checkeda nd replaced the fuses and still nothing.

there are 2 plug that are right behind the passager head light ...one is big and 1 is small...make sure they are pluged in ...these 2 plug on in the main wiring harness.. the f8 and f9 are the plug i am refering to in the pic
