SOHC to DOHC (unsure of a couple of things)

Im pretty sure Im gonna be using a s14 DOHC (95+), and Ive heard that the 95+ has a internal coil. But as for the MAF, intake piping, tachometer, a/c compressor, power steering reservoir and lines, and throttle cable, can they be from any DOHC (91-98)?

I am not sure on the 93 and before but I know that the 94 dohc has the same stuff except for the distributor.
