SOHC to DOHC (unsure of a couple of things)

Im pretty sure Im gonna be using a s14 DOHC (95+), and Ive heard that the 95+ has a internal coil. But as for the MAF, intake piping, tachometer, a/c compressor, power steering reservoir and lines, and throttle cable (already got DOHC alternator), can they be from any DOHC (91-98)?

EDIT: And also, Im assuming that the ECU needs to coincide with the model year the engine is?

maybe some one could reply if you're post made sense, there wasn't really any statement or question in the first post...
