sohc to dohc
ok i want to swap my sohc to a dohc the de i got is out of an s14 i no ima have to change the power strearing lines and such but can i use my sohc computer and wiring harnes? the one that came with the de is an auto comp and harnes can i cunver that to work with my 5 speed transmission ?

u cant use the soch harness nore the soch ecu its not compatible with the doch motor but the trans harness u can re use.. if you want a ddoch ecu hit me up i got a spare one thats been rechip for a turbo.. email me at [email protected] if you want pics of it and the internal of it..

To my knowledge the SOHC ECU uses an 8-bit processor while the DOHC uses a 16-bit.

u need dohc engine harnes(s13) intake,distributornad dohc dash harness plug either that or change entire inside harness...also dohc p/s lines and resivoir
