i just got threw swapping a 91 dohc into my 1990 fb.first thing i noticeds is that i need a dohc throttle cable, but thats not the problem.i rewired the 5 wires under the dash. but now that i finished, the horn dont work, nor does my windows, and my headlights wont got down.the wiries that i connected were the following

Yellow/Red --TachYellow/Green--SpeedometorOrange--Ignition startBlack---GroundBlue/Black---Water temp sensor

i left the other wiries alone, should i match all the other wires?

i don't know why you would have those problems...only wiring i did was those 6 wires or so under the dash and that was it...make sure you did not disconect any wires from anywhere else......thats all i can think of...

AND for your throttle cable yea i fabbed mine out of some thick gauge metal...if you want i can ship you one for like 10 bucks...i'll fab it up for you just to bolt it on...do you have a throttle cable already....

I did the swap too, but I didnt have any problems like that. Why dont you try your fuses first before you go tearin' into her.

The problem you have is not relavent to you ECU and those wires, like he said check ALL fuses. dont natch the other wires up. And as for you throttle. If you connect the cable on the connection that is supposed to be for you cruise. It works fine. Just adjust the length. Have someone press the gas and make sure it 1) reacts immediatly and 2) when floored is opeing your throttle all the way. good luck.

check your fuses like frapjap said, and check all the plugs by the fusebox
