After the blue plug that connects into the ecu there is a brown plug on the dohc engine wiring harness that connects to the body harness up in the dash. That brown plug needs to be cut off. On the sohc harness it is a white plug. Take the sohc plug and solder it where the brown plug was. Do not match up the slots, just solder only the wires that match in color. black to black, white to white, yellow to yellow, etc. All the other wires you can leave cut. As for your mafs, you should probably use the sohc mafs since the sr uses the sohc mafs. But then you would have to solder on the sohc mafs plug. Good luck with everything.

No it was no typo. You put the sohc plug onto the dohc harness. The dohc plug will not plug into a sohc body harness. So thats why you have to cut off the sohc plug and put it on the dohc harness. Just use the dohc mafs, then you dont have to worry about changing plugs. Change it later. As for a manual dohc ecu number. One for a 1991 is #24
