sohc to dohc engine swap problems

ok guys, i just did an engine swap, sohc to dohc, and i am having problems getting it to start. i pulled off the injectors and found out that they are not spraying. i have checked the fuel in and the fuel return lines, thats not the problem. im just wondering if there might be any suggestions to what my problem could be. my multimeter has a blown fuse right now so i cant check to see if it is getting electricity. i hooked some jumper wires to the injector solenoid and turned it off and on, which leads me to belive its an electrical problem. has anyone had this problem before, and what is the bes way to go about testing it?

Im havin the same exact prob. right now, umm... this guy said to ckeck all the grounds on the block and go from there?

thats what i plan on doing. im pretty sure that i have all of them, i believe that there are 3, but maybe i am missing one, or one might have a loose connection. that might be what it is.
