power increases and prices vary.

no, you do not need to replace the cylinder head.

As far as 'streetable', i think the Nismo is the LEAST streetable one you will find. Thats not to say i hate mine, i LOVE IT! But i did have to get other parts that would help the engine cope with the cam (my HKS Super AFR). Ive heard the JimWolf cam is a drop in with no change in idle. Not sure about PDM. I looked at http://www.gude.com for their SOHC cam, but in the end i went with my Nismo. And yes, my car is a daily driver with 188k miles on it. As cost goes, generally the cam will be around $300 (some will require your core or a core charge), and i strongly recommend you replace your rocker arms when you swap cams. Get those from http://nismoparts.safeshopper.com/14/cat14.htm?482 they were much less than i paid at the damn dealership. Take care!

i've considered gude before, but they don't have a good reputation. some of their products look good, but just be careful when dealing with them.
