Is the SOHC KA MAF plug & play to the SR, or do I have to find a harness and rewire?I got one yesterday b\c I think mine is taking a crap!I know this is a stupid question, but form some reason, no one I know can tell me the answer, and I can't seem to find it in a search.ThanksJas.

Nice ride Jas, looks familer...oh thats cause I got the same car..lol

I dont know if they are plug and play, seems like they would be though ,cant see why nissan would have it terminaled differenty for that engine. Have you looked in the SR or KA sections yet?

I dont have wiring diagrams handy for the SOHC engine control. Do you? If so post them. I have an sr manual I can compare the 2 and see if they are the same wiring.

I never did say my real problem! My car runs rich as hell, and I already changed the FPR, coils and plugs, checked the ecu codes(55 was blinking), and the maf was next.I bought an SR maf on ebay today, we'll see if that works. If not, my problem lies elsewhere.I'm starting to wonder if my issue is the single wire O2 setup the previous owner had. He had used the stock vert harness, hense the single O2 wire setup.I would like to hook up a 3 or 4 wire O2 sensor, but i'm not sure what pins on the ecu are the positive, negative, and signal wires for the stock O2 setup on a redtop? And all my searching to find a ecm pinout for a redtop sr20det and seemed to fail.If I could find that, I would just runs all new wires to the O2 and do a 4 wire hookup.Any Thoughts?

I added it's own post for the O2 question.zerothread?id=132226

the sohc maf goes to the sr wiring by matching the colors. There is space for 4 pins on the sr plug, but only 3 pins, just the same as it is on the sohc. Match the letters you see imprinted on the side.

ex:a to ab to bc to cd

Figured out the MAF wiring, and bought an SR maf, so now I have 3!And the MAF wasn't even the problem! So i'm going to try to do the 3 wire O2 sensor, since mine has a stupid single! All replys please go to this thread now:zerothread?id=132226
