Well, I don't quite think you'll get 10K reliably without frequent teardowns. Keep in mind that no matter how ballanced you are, your piston speeds wont change. Period.
Get yourself a block from as late a model SOHC hardbody as you can find. They've got piston squirters. Or you could order some for a hardbody and have a machine shop drill and tap holes to mount them.
