SOHC jumping idle, black/white smoke

Lately ive noticed my idle has gone up and now it tends to rise very slowly to about 1200 rpms then acts as if it pressure or something has been released and jumps back down to regualr idle. i had a vacuum leak but i have since covered it with rubber glove pieces and clamp. Also when i sit at a light at idle for longer than a few seconds, i push the gas and the car sort of bogs down and then comes to life and sometimes blows black smoke and other times blows white smoke. does anyone have any input on this?

first run a compression test while the engine is warm and post the numbers up.also do a leakdown test whlie your at it, with the engine warm also.

compression test results are 150 130 145 150 sucks cause two weeks or so ago it was 155 160 150 155 not sure how to do a leakdown test

started the car up today and let her idle. once at idle i messed with the hose just under the egr valve i think it is (the gold circle dish at the back right of the intake mani) and thats when the idle started jumping. also i noticed right before the idle jumps up i hear a quick sucking sound kind of like a bov but its sucking air not blowing it
