sohc into a dohc?

is it possible to convert a sohc into a dohc i got the heads and intake and all new gaskets will this work? see i just bought this 240 froma guy and he gave me all he's left over parts im just not sure hondas do can nissan?

it is possible i believe, but the amount of work you are going to do you can go out and buy a dohc motor for about 300-500 and drop it in and wire it up.
