SOHC head removal

can anyone help me with some specifics on removing the head from my SOHC so i can replace it with the other one, and get it all up and working?

Also, is $30 for a headbolt set good? That's what they cost at work (Autozone) and they have to be ordered.

NO! do not get a chiltons! spend the extra dough or search for an FSM!!! Chiltons = the suck.

I already have both....just haven't been able to dig them out yet amongst all of the crap i have laying around
