sohc fuel injector connectors removal

What is the right way to take off the wiring for the fuel injectors? there is a metal clip that goes around the connector. i cant figure out an easy way :facepalm2

you almost got it, just keep twisting counter clockwise. once you get one side off, fling it off the other side. Don't be gentle, get in there! haha
