****, you should see the homemade intake pelnum i just made. i got all the leaks out adn it idles now

but my cheapness has forced me to possibly redue the entire project. i used 22g steel for the plenum, and it sucks in and out like a baloon under open throttle.

im too poor to pull anything other than 1 bar absolute. and i just read your sohc itb post, good work on being the first. Youre still only a year or too older than me and you are light years ahead in R&D. call me in 2 and half years whne you need a mechanical engineer

All steel mani? I think the only ones running steel manifolds would be you and THE FASTEST KA THAT EVER EXISTED.

In that ITB post I meant I was first to run MSEFI in 240sx, there was a dude running it in an altima before me though, so.... Didnt want to give the impression I was running nissan EFI like its my only gig, lol, and to cut down on the questions.

You see those nice plenum offerings from rossmachineracing? Theve got a new variant of D plenum material that looks pretty nice. Would seem to suit a chopped manifold quite well, weld on some ends with throttle of your choice and your set.

no i havent seen that yet, but now that i might be making a little scratch here i can inquire.

on our race car at school we make our pelnum the same way but with .050in 6061 t-6, but of course i cant find that.

and my entire manifold cost under 30 dollars to make. Just the plenum is steel.... lol the fastest KA and me.... light years apart.

and i know what you meant, and you clearly stated it was the first msefi 240sx, and we're all still very proud. It seems very few people are making an developments with the KA, and its clearly only years away from becoming an absolutely lethal N/A motor. Its people like you who are going to make this possible. Im just gonna put you under house arrest galileo(sp.) style, until i can surpass your knowledge.

the da vinci of KA right above me.
