SOHC > DOHC whats needed?

I Totalled my 92 S13 on a drifting accident, but the engine and transmission are all ok. So i found a 1990 coupe with a blown engine but auto. can you guys help cause i need all the info i could find on the engine swap and the transmission convertion, i need to know what might be the road blocks i would find, how much trouble i would be jumping into. the reason that i am keeping my DOHC is because it was rebuilt and it has little miles in it. PLEASE I NEED HELP.

but i'll tell you some cuz im nice: ps resevoir, ps lines and gauge cluster--->all the parts need to come from a dohc 240...like your crashed one
