ive searched through some of the countless threads about this swap and ive seen that most of the people that have done this have used the 95de motor with the 93 dist, ecu and lower harness, etc, along with the dohc cluster.
a friend of mine has recently swapped out his KA for an RB into his 95 s14. it was a clean complete pull, nothing has been cut and only the necessary parts were removed, but everything was kept.
now what im wondering is, since i have the entire swap handy, do i still need do pick up the s13 ecu, dist, etc. or can i just swap everything completely? i have everything, literally...downpipe, sensors, harness, ecu, trans, s13 de gauge cluster, i just dont want to get started and find something isnt compatible (even though we all know something always goes wrong lol).
sorry i know this topic has been beaten to death, i just wasnt able to find any answers i was looking for in other threads.
