can someone give me a picture of a SOHC distributor that is correctly timed?

I don't have a timing light..... in the mean time maybe I can get it closer to how it should be until I can get one.........

more specifically I need a picture of where the bolts go where you can slide it....... mine is adjusted all the way to one side of the slot.... which can't be right... but who knows

if anyone can get me a pic that shows the position of their bolt in the slots.. that would be great!

thx

thats how the rotor should sit at cyl #1 tdc as far as the adjustment goes that will vary. just mark where it is right now with a sharpy and then move it and see if it improves idle. if it acts up then go back.

or rent a timing gun from autozone for free. ( just gota put a deposit down that u get back when u bring it back)
