Sohc cluster work on CA18det...and other problem!!!Help

all right i know .....don't say "dam this Foe Use the Dam Search button......!)..

ok i did use the search button.. for two day straight and i cant find the thread i was lookin for so i need you help would be nice....... i saw a thread a while back about something useing some resistor..and the speed sensor from the sohc motor.....wat else?

also i have a problem with my gauge cluster of my other 240sx when i put full tank of gas...the gas gauge arrow wont move up on my cluster wont work but everything else works... i took the other cluster out my other car with full tank of gas.... and put it in the other car the arrow just drop pass the check engine light all the way to the bottom and REMEMBER this car has a full tank of gas and everything is workin fine on the meter.....SRY so MUCH ????

Yeah i was using this. you need to join the 4 ignitor wire to the tach signal with some resistor to converrt the signal but i dont know the exact way of doing it, i paid someone who did it for me..

well it must be the sensor in the gaz tank, remove the fuel pump clean the sensor .. or change it, if cleaning it doesnt work.

Have you replaced the gas gauge itself?

I used a SOHC cluster and just switched out the tachometer and everything worked out fine.
