SOHC and DOHC stock exhaust... the same?

I need a stock front pipe and cat converter for my '91... I can get it from a SOHC relatively easy. I just need to know if they are the same. Anyone know? I know this is sort of a newbish question, but it's not something people usually think about I guess....
