SOHC 1/4 mile

Hi all Im just wondering what kind of 1/4 mile times I can expect with a '89 SOHC with 5spd basically stock.

I have searched but couldnt come out with an answer did I search wrong?

high 16's 16.7-16.9 pending on your clutch

wow so DOHC and SOHC has like a second difference?

I have a 90, and it was basically stock just a J30 LSD, no intake or anything else, stock replacement clutch. I ran 16.3. I only got 2 runs in and i had traction problems (lauching at too high rpm)

an 1995 SE wil run 16.1? and a 8.3s 0-60? that MUST be faulty

Coming from a website that lists a "1995 240sx SE-R", I wouldn't put full confidence in those numbes. Probably pretty close, though. A lightly modded DOHC 240sx (I/H/E, clutch) will probably run a mid 15 with good driving.
