soft rear coils

I just bought a 01 pathy LE with the 3.5 . My concern is the rear springs seem extra soft, so much so that I am concerned about towing. It has a reciever hitch, but I've not towed with it yet. Are there any problems with this model with towing. What are the possible solutions.

i dont know of any problems with towing... I believe the Pathfinder is rated to pull about 5000 lbs max..... For stiffer springs, I would look into OME springs ( http://www.rocky-road.com/pathfinder.html ) or AC 2" lift springs ( http://www.4x4parts.com ) good luck
