1st, as Ricky stated earlier THIS WAS AN AWESOME RUN!!!!! We had a great time, beautiful conditions, no ice or rain on the road, smooth sailing, very few cars in our way... just an awesome time. We took the moderate course instead of the insane course, but we probably could have taken the insane course... breakfast was great, Pie was as good as always... then we ended with drinks at Callahan's..

2nd.. Big thanks to all the guys from NISSANCLUB.COM that showed up, both from LA, OC, and San Diego!

3rd.. I'll re emphasize that we had an awesome time, but gimme a few minutes and I'll let the pics and the videos speak for themselves...

LOL... The lady in the civic. After we got to Julian ate breakfast went across the street waited in the line to get some pie then sat down to eat it while we took our time she got there when we were kicking rocks around the cars to take off.

I really wish I didn't pass this up but I checked my balance today and it's even lower than I thought. I had a half tank and $20 for gas

dude, we would have covered you for gas... what's $60 in return for fun with friends... that wouldn't have been an issue

Serious Rob if you would have posted that you were low on cash like "Hey I won't be able to make it because I'm very low on cash is can't put gas on the car." I would have swung by your place Saturday morning before I took off to San Diego and gave you $100 or left you one of my gas cards to get you going dude. Like DOC said WE would have covered you for gas and DOC said that you could have crash at his place.

Oh hell yeah Andrew, but I just wish to have my car next time we go. Don't get me wrong my Frontier handled hers just fine with no problems on any of the turns or twisties.

It might not look that cold in the pic, but it was 41 degrees when I got into my truck after those pictures to take-off.

DOC's music might just be what he likes to listen to while running the canyons. What gets me going while canyon running is trance, but I don't listen to it at anyother time while driving in the city of highway.

You have no idea how amazing they are while running them dude. I was running my Frontier up them pretty freaken fast and there were some right or left damn near U curves. The whole time up the mountain I was on DOC's car's a**. Not once did I fall behind. I wish I would have had my coupe though it would have been intence. My friend Alex who is a 240 owner and my passanger would have SIHT himself with my driving going up.

It was 50F and under most of the day there. When you get your car back we should all take another trip there and take the other road and have your friend bring his 240 as well.

We'll have to do that Jose when I do get my car back. My friend will more then likely go with me because his 240 has a KA engine which sucks. On the way back to LA he was telling me how hanging out with all you guys had inspired him to start fixing his car faster. He is pretty much telling me to pick everything for his car because he loves my taste in cars and mods. Besides I'm more car inclined then he is, but he is a FREAKEN GURU when it comes to PC's. He's a damn genius with anything computer. First thing I have in store for it is an SR20 red top, then a Sylvia S13 front clip and move from there. It's all stock right now.

I would had gone but I have a lot of deadlines for projects and I been only getting like 2-3 hours of sleep so didn't want to risk driving around.

Mr.Coupe:

Tell your friend to swap in a RB25 instead much better power for the 240

the drive up to Julian wasn't that cold.... if you look in the fisrt video, I'm driving with my Peacoat off because it was warmer... but once we got to Julian, the temp was def colder with wind blowing... you can see the snow and ice on the ground there... SoCal temperature is VERY DIFFERENT than almost any other part of the country... you can go swimming, surf, jet ski, and snow ski all in the same day if you wanted to... its literally only bout a two hour drive seperating temperature drops of 79 degrees to freezing...

as for the music, I'm an audiophile and that was one of my audiophile folders in my thumb drive... I ONLY listen to audiophile recordings in my car during canyon runs... that coupled with SoCAL scenery, lakes, mountains is hard to describe in words!!!! But when I get to the East coast, I'll let you listen to music in my car... then you'll see what I mean

I've been without my car since May of 09. Almost done though. Tim's just waiting for a few parts that a company sent wrong and were for a sedan not a coupe.

The white G has...

aftermarket intakeaftermarket intake manifoldaftermarket headersaftermrket Y-pipeafteremarket full cat-back

so he's pretty muchgot bolts ons from the engine back, and those are the ones that I know about... if you look at one of the videos where we make a sharp turn, you can hear my exhaust a bit, but you really hear hiseven though he's two cars ahead of me... its a pretty aggressive sound (in a good way)

The G's sound was something else. Cool dude as well. I just feel bad that I didn't catch his name. I just know that he's from NissanClub. It was a great time we all had. The breakfast was tasty, but I felt like they took freaken forever to get the food. Eric was saying that they were waiting for the chickens to lay the eggs . Imma call Tim tomorrow to see if he has any new info on the parts and my car in general.

Yeah I was inspired a lot by all the cars out there. It was a great thing to be a part of. Thanks to everyone again who came out for that. I have a couple of things planned out for it so in the future I won't be riding shotgun but driving my own car. She's bone-stock atm. In alright shape but now a WIP.

Oh and thanks for the compliment Ricky.
