What kind of budget a$$ places are you eating where they have ketchup dispensers. Most places have ketchup bottles and/or packets.
But you could use the electric hand dryers.

^Lol. The one that just pops to mind quickest is IN-N-OUT. Their ketchup dispensers are the best.
