Hey I know this thread may get moved to regional but I've had the thread there and just want to get the word out since some people don't scour the regional forums.

Hope to see some of you guys there and the next one is this Tuesday, October 28th. This meet has been slowly growing larger and larger and the last meet over 30 ppl showed up. It was originally started as an Altima meet and now is open to everyone so mark your calendars.

OK so you non-meat eaters should definitely try and make it out and everyone else...its really a good meet and is growing every month and I have opened this up to some other boards as well including ICIXsound and MP3Car...trust me when I say its a good blend.

Hey just so you guys know ahead of time for tomorrow...I-215 is closed down due to that huge sinkhole and its just a couple of miles away from BW3. The detour is easy and all you have to do is take I-15 instead and the same exit which is Murrieta Hot Springs road and that is less than a mile away from the original exit.

The meet will start at 6:30pm and its in the parking lot adjacent to Buffalo Wild Wings in front of SK Furniture. There are new rules regarding the parking lot and as long as we don't mess them up then the lot is ok to use with permission from the owner so I'm gonna say this once...Play it cool out there, don't do anything stupid, and keep the lot clean.

I will see you guys there at 6:30pm and we will sit down to eat sharply at 7pm.

OK guys and I know some may hate this and some will like it but we're gonna try something new and the next meet WILL NOT be happening on Tuesday, March 30th (in 2 weeks). I wanna try something new by doing this on a Saturday so we can get as many people as possible to come out and see what this is all about so the next meet is going to be the last Saturday of March on the 28th at 11am and this will allow us to do some other fun activities afterwards like doing Palomar runs or even checking out the Datsun Heritage Museum so everyone can see the history of where our cars came from plus it will be much warmer and a whole lot more light to really see whats going on so mark your calendars and see you there. If this is successful...I will kill this thread and create a new one moving the meet on Saturdays at least until football season opens up again. Also, since it is scheduled on a Saturday, I cannot guarantee that it will happen at the same time every month so you will really have to pay attention to the thread for adjustments in dates...I will usually try to keep it as the last or second to the last Saturday of every month so at least block that out of your schedules and I chose lunchtime since they get extremely busy later on in the day.

BTW my RC car is coming out so if you got any bring it out haha and we can do a parking lot race lol. See you there!

OK its that time of the month again guys and the next meet is going down on Saturday April 25th at 11am once again. Be there early if you wanna eat with the group as we will probably sit down to eat no later than 11:30am.

Last month was sweet as a couple of us afterwards went over to the Datsun Heritage Museum and got a glimpse of our rich history and then we went go karting at Pole Position Raceway just down the street and had a blast in their high-speed indoor go kart track. This month we are doing it again as it was awesome.

I also have news from the ZCCIV that there will be a special guest at the museum and here is the message from the president of the club:

DATSUN HERITAGE MUSEUM PRESENTS “A DAY WITH SHIN YOSHIKAWA” Shin Yoshikawa, Cutaway-Artist, Author, Historian and Model Car Designer (Kai Art International - HOME) will be at the museum from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday April 25, 2009. No admission charged (Donations gladly accepted). He will be signing all of his Cutaway prints including his latest; a Z32 300ZTT. You will see his Toyota 200GT models plus his magnificent book on the history of the Toyota 200GT. All donations will be donated by Shin to the DHM. That was awesome, picked up two signed cutaway prints. Just bought some frames now I'm gonna hang them up . Looking forward on coming back, that place is awesome.

Cool I'm glad you had a good time and for everyone else it was all a really good turnout...about 10 cars showed up, around 20 ppl overall...we went to the DHM and got a little bit of history, Shawn even learned where the Z Car Came from which was pretty funny...I did an Austin Powers impression which was even funnier lol and OWW the go karts was fun as $hit! Those of you who didn't come missed out.

The next meet is scheduled for May 23rd, 2009 at 11am due to the track day at Fontana which is on the 30th. Last month was fun...a group of us went go-karting after at P2R and it was fun as crap and this is gonna start to be a tradition after BW-3 haha so see you guys there or be square!

seriously, if it wasn't 4,590 km away (about 1 day 18 hours) i'd drive there lol. there wasn't a single altima sedan at carlisle, felt weird lol
