SOCAL - Anybody need a roomate?

If there is anybody who is within 20 minutes driving distance of Glendale, is anybody out there willing to have me as a room mate or tenant?

I have an interview with Pacific BMW in Glendale for an Technician 4 position. I'm pushing hard to get this job, so if I land it, I need a place to stay.

I'm clean and responsible and definitely a chill person to hang with. I'm willing to pay rent for just a room or go half on an apartment or something. I'm just trying to find a place to stay. Hell, umm...I got Kouki Tail Lights if you want to rock em (just dont destroy them). If you need help fixing cars or whatever I have a gigantic box filled with metric specialty tools.

If anybody out there is even remotely interested or someone you can refer me to, I would definitely appreciate your help! Thanks!!

what is the bare minimum you need to earn to survive living alone in SOCAL?

for me? about 2.7k a month to cover EVERYTHING, but I'm still in debt because of some stupid $10 no front license plate ticket going up to 700.And now my car's clutch master is broken AGAIN.

word of advice, avoid the police.Here in So-cal I've noticed they quota thing at the end of the month drives them crazy and hungry for tickets like great white sharks for anything they can consume.

Make about 19/hour with my weekday job about 73-80 hours depending on the season.

as for my living situation? I still do not make enough money for this state, its nice to live here but it feels like if the economy got any worse I would have to start robbing wal marts.

The cheapest I place I found in Pomona (about 30-40 min from Glendale) was $900 for 1 bedroom apt, that doesn't include utilities. Oh yeah and its in the ghetto.

Living in So Cal is like no other, it all depends on your living style. I mean I know guys that make 2k a month and seem not to complain but they just rent rooms from people and keep their lifestyles on check. Then on the other hand I know guys that make $460,000-$600,000 and they say that amount is still not enough. Basically man, if your not ballin' don't expect to live like a baller. Just make sure you have the proper income to live the way your comfortable with.

lol last time i went to SoCal i just park in front of peoples houses and slept in my car.

If you're going to be sleeping in your car I would suggest going to a decent city with a 24 hour mcdonalds or the parking lot of a 24 hour fitness They're usually lit up pretty well.
