LOL! That's awesomely generous! Unfortunately the smarter people in the office have eliminated options like that for me..

Actually.. it's funny.. because we're giving out total prizes worth $15,000.. we had to do all kinds of stuff.. like register in some states.. put a bond for the value in the bank.. have an independent accounting firm choose the random winner..

Unfortunately no slipping one by.. heck I might have been able to make some money!

Josh, I am very familiar with the requirements that need to be met for something to be called a sweepstakes, there is never any "funny business" going on, and most times things need to be done by an outside auditor (depending on the state)...

Guys make sure you enter... im a firm believer in the phrase "ya gotta be in it to win it" and from my experiences on SlickDeals, I know LOTS of people who have won the GRAND PRIZE that no one thinks they will ever win... ENTER!I want the auto'd pic of Steve!

Joshie, check your email when you are free

LOL.. if anyone was up to speed on the rules of a contest where something was free.. it would definitely be LBC.. LOLOL

I should have consulted the rules and regs with you.. you're the king at finding the deal!

Actually I'd be totally willing to shoot you a 'MILLEN' autographed book if you want one.. it's a really cool autobiography of Steve Millen, with some neat photos and stories of his racing career.. dude has done everything.. let me know if that's of interest..

I can probably pull that for any of the NICO guys.. but I will say it helps with shipping of there is an order with it..

Actually this will be an interesting rally.. I'd invite you to hit youtube up and take a look. There is a handicap system involved.. this is not LeMans.. bigtime speed is not necessarily the overall winner.

I say go for it..

/end threadjack(sorry)

You know its of interest, im a whore for Stillen quality product! Again, I wish i was able to shake his hand when I was at the plant, but now theres another reason to go back to Cali

You really dont know how nutty I can get when I see an inefficiency in a system..

You know the mcdonalds monopoly game they run every year? (this past yr they changed the rules) But the year before there was a $1 best buy buck on each gamepiece, and 1:8 had a $5 buck on it...

As with most sweepstakes, theres no purchase required and you can send in a SASE to get a game piece.. You were able to use each "bestbuy buck" 2 times, once online, then again physically at the store...

I dont have all my original math and spreadsheets anymore, but each envie I sent out (like 80 cents) yielded an average of $2.80ish in product....

So I sent in 1,200 of them! Got Ipods which sell for even money on ebay, got around $1,000 in free food which I donated to shelters, and made somewhere around $2k after all was said and done I think.

Back in August when I bought my Sway Bar and Springs from you guys I was surprisingly sent this (sent separately) in the mail. It's an awesome book, and I was shocked that Steve takes the time to sign all those books. I read the whole thing front to back and until then, I had no idea that Kyle was Steve's son.

Btw- There is an awesome video of Kyle and Steve from the previous time they did Targa in a Ford GT that was pretty freakin' cool when you go to the sweepstakes website. Everyone whose interested in this prize, should definitely check it out. That course looks crazy, and I think the GT-R is gonna own on those roads!

Glad you enjoyed it and took the time to read it.. Steve's done some crazy things.. lol

And yes, there is some video from both the 2006 and 2008 Targa New Zealand, both in the 700hp RWD Ford GT with no traction control.. craziness

Hey Josh keep me in mind when you guys are picking he winners. My car is almost done with ALL the stuff I got last time I was there. Then I will be down at STILLEN so you can take the pictures you told me you wanted to take. Give Kyle a "WHAT UP?" for me.

hahaha! I wish I could pick the winner.. I described some of the process above.. someone in the govt is smarter than me.. they picked up on that plan.. I would have loved to cherry pick a NICO member..
