I'm not a big fan of ANY of those core designs, but whatever...my new intercooler is a PWR, which is a totally extruded tube core, even the fins are extruded WITH the tubes. It's more efficient at transferring heat but might not be able to pull heat out QUITE as well as the garrett/spearco style cores. However, it'll flow quite easily compared to them, giving me less of a pressure drop (important to me). Also, I've heard word that they actually do cool ridiculously well, and I know full-race and cheapturbo.com both sell them (got mine from cheapturbo, should be here this week

) The street imports one looks like it'd flow quite well, but wouldn't be as efficient at drawing out heat. Thats almost a big diesel truck style core. The first couple of pictures have a garrett style core which I think would cool really well at the expense of some pressure drop. If I had to pick one of those, it'd probably be the Spearco.
