.2 liters more w/ 9:1 cr all relates to more power and better off throttle response... this combined with more strength is great for that price.

What you are looking at is called a "Stroker Kit". Changing the stroke of an engine is very different from boring it out.

(Price taken from Phase2) http://www.phase2motortrend.comStroke Kit $4,495.00 HKS 2.2 Stroke Kit

Bore Kit $499.95 CP Pistons 87mm $499.95 HKS Sleeve $125.00 ARP Headstud Kit $210.00 APEX'i Headgasket $369.00 Eagle Rods (not required, but recommended) $200.00 PE F1 Rod Bearings $280.00 PE F1 Crank Bearings------------------------------------------------------Total $2183.90

This is just to give you an idea. Then remember you need to find a good shop to do your work. Don't cheap out on labor, you'll pay for it later.

First you need to set a goal on the level of performance you want to achieve.(mild, wild, all out) The higher you set your goal, the more you will spend.

There is another big bore kit out there.... its this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

this one just doesn't have the head studs with it..... but if you search around there are kits out there that do.
