Ice on the road, just driving parking lot speeds, was going around a corner when I hit the ice and the car decided to go straight ~ so the face of the wheel hit the curb straight on.

Not much damage to the rim, but there is vibration and noise when I drive over 45. Question is, can I play dumb and hope warranty will cover it, or do I go in and be honest... and hope warranty will cover it.. I'm thinking its wheel bearing which I'm sure ain't too cheap!

Hmm, it could be the inside of the wheel to be honest. I did something similar to this. Hit something on the highway real hard and bent the wheel but it was bent on the inside so there was no way to tell. And yeah, I couldn't feel it until I hit a certain speed.

Man up and take responsibility. Tell the dealership the truth, otherwise you will get laughed out of their service department.
