so i've had call of duty world at war for quite some time and i was at about level 55 and i decide to take a break from my xbox 360..... i come back to find that treyarch has reset all of my ranks... all of my stats unlocks everything reset online. all of my xbox achievements and all that were fine.... but my online status totally reset... and i emailed them and got no response and no reason.

Any ideas why?

could be an xbox live glitch problem - this happened to my friend in COD4 too - 3 times. Just try to keep getting in contact with them.

yeah thats an xbox live problem, not treyarch.

but every other game is fine. and when it happened a thing popped up and said " treyarch has reset your stats" or something along the lines of that.

solution.....get a ps3!! get rid of your xbox before it dies

Like i mentioned, its an xbox live problem that gets shifted to the developer - your only bet is to just get in contact with treyarch - my friend had to do that with infinity ward when it happened to him.

ive emailed them countless times at several different emails. tried support, forum support and several other. i guess ill call them. i just have to wait to get my red ringed box to come back from microsoft.
