it kind of looks like an R33 Skyline on the outside but the interior looks like some other random s*** but it's not even a real car so why does it matter?

Any Skyline you see that is an R chassis or older was a conversion. Simple as that. Nissan never marketed/sold the Skyline outside Japan with the exception of a model that went to Australia, but that doesn't matter, they drive on the right too.
So if you see a LHD Skyline, know that it was a car that had a conversion done to it.
