I have been reading (a lot) about uprated valve springs for the VH head. I see you can use the GTIR pulsar inner valve springs? Is it possible to use after market GTIR valve springs in the VH45?

Tomei, HKS etc all do valve springs for the GTIR SR20DET redtop

What can you use for the outer valve springs?

Chris,I'm getting a price of Charlie for the valve spring / retainer system used on my engine, will let you know. If you want to call him its 0208-5921180, ask for Charlie and say its about my Nissan V8.I'm on holiday for a week from tomorrow so will give you a call when I'm back.
