So guys does the J30 share platforms or parts with any other cars in japan? Id really like to just change out all the suspension components in one sitting rather than just change out the factory rear struts. I really hate fixing things, Id rather upgrade. Also does anyone make sway bars for the car?

aftermarket support is almost non existent on these cars especially in the suspension department...there was a thread on here where someone swapped S13 suspension into the back and maxima suspension into the front...ive heard universal coilovers may fit but dont know anyone whos tried...when I finish the swap i was looking into bags...possibly from the same company who did the bags for the Nico Vert on the homepage seeing as their kits are vehicle specific i wonder if you give them all the specs on the J and they can set one up...i know it will be expensive but when it comes to modifying cars(especially our Js)nothings really cheap and if it is your sure to learn the hard way in the end...dunno what youll decide to do but if you do just so happen to be that lucky person who finds aftermarket suspension for our Js please do take pictures and let us know

There is no aftermarket suspensions components for the J. Its all OEM (and expensive). There are a handful of people who have fabricated custom suspension components or improvised, however they did it for a "show" car as opposed to daily driver. The J is a very heavy car and improvised/fabricated supension components do affect handling in a non postive way.
