I got the maaco special so I'm not expecting a show car finish, but i DID get the best paint job they offer with the 5 year warranty. When I go to pick it up either today or monday though im going to walk around the car with the manager and i'll be damned if they get my money for a poopey job. BTW my car has a slivia front end, full vertex body kit and 18'' motegi dp6's now so it should look a million times better than it does in my sig. I'll be sure to post pics when i get it back, maybe ill start another "rice or nice" poll.

i never had a problem with them, not even one run in the paint or anything.

my friend got his painted there about 2 weeks ago. Turned out pretty nice except for one or two places where they oversprayed all on the spoiler. I think he was going to take it back to have them redo it. Other than that it looked better than I thought maaco did. Maybe their trying to get their rep up now =P

It looks GREAT! I'm totally pleased with the results. The entire job was 1100 bucks with body work and the 5 year warranty. I'll post a whole bunch of pics tomorrow or someting... my car looks TOTALLY different than in my sig.

im gonna be painting my car over at maaco soon. did you do a color change? because i'm going from the stock forest green to an orange color, not burnt orange, but not too bright either. I've gotten one car painted there already and it came out great, just one run on the side skirt. I did the $500 job last time and I'll probly be able to afford nothing more than that this time, seeing as my turbo is going in prior to it.

Yah man, glad it went well. I'd like to see them pics. For 1100 you could probably buy a compressor, gun, paint and painting accessories and do it yourself. Of course, you'd have to learn how to paint, so it's not for everyone. Just something for folks to consider when repainting. If you've got the time to put in and space, you get a paintjob and some hella useful shop tools.

Pics pleez.

This dumb guy that bought his s13 with the silvia front end already on it traded me straight up because "he didnt like it". (i would have given him at least a couple hundred bucks for it) BTW go vote on my Rice or Nice poll, I have the new pics there!!
