you bro has a lot of dam money in that Z. That suspension is dam expensive. Also what kind of intake manifold is that? That is the cleanest Z I have ever seen.

Wow, thats a nice Z. Does he let you work on it with him?? That should be worth a little seat time.

Is that a coated Z31 turbo I see?

Wow, that is a SOLID S30.

I am reminded of Wangan Midnight....I'd take out some life insurance on your brother.....you never know when some bishounen in a 964 turbo is going to come along and....well...bad things will happen.

Anyway, I gathered you're already well aware of this by the end of your post, but not only would that Z beat your S13, I'm pretty sure it'd just liquify it as it passed by. Your car would need years of psychological counseling afterward....

...lol damn, gah...that bad huh? there is indeed a 280z that looks exactly like this model, i belive its the 76-78 before they changed styles, however this is a 1971 240z. yes actually i do work on it with him from time to time, hell probably let me drive it after a few months when its done. im not sure if its a z31 turbo, i know its a turbonetics t3-t4 hybrid. megasquirt wtf?... what do you guys think of the weld wheels? i think they look alright but he could have gone with something else. i think he said something about wanting some dolock(sp) wheels from japan, what wheels do you think would look good on it?

I think the wheels look good, it gives it a serious look, and they're fairly inexpensive, I think.

I believe you're thinking of "Do Luck", a.k.a. the "Double Six" rim, like this one:

Anyway, as for what wheels I would pick, it'd have to be one of the following:

Panasport C8:

Watanabe F8:

Work Meister S1:

(Just for kicks, check out what powers this Z)

Longchamps XR4:

Work Equip:

I think these are Hayashis:

SSR Mk 1 (Super old school):

SSR Mk2R

I'd also suggest a certain Sein Racing wheel that I can't seem to find a picture of at present. If anyone knows where I can get some pics of the Sein Racing lineup (quintessential OG wheels, IMO), lemme know.

Wow, I wish a car company had the balls to build a car like this today. Beautiful, great proportions. Can someone educate me on the engine?

Why can't I have a brother with a badass Z? That thing is stupid awesome. Its stellar. Not a fan of the wheels but they're just wheels in the end. I'd reccommend either the C8 or F8s.Btw, yes your pignose S13 with the lip, of course, is nice too.

the equips that Hashiriya posted up look the best. I would like to see the 5 spoke Equips like Bomexs13 has on his 240 on the Z.

Yeah, I'm not an expert on these older engines either. What is that, an L28ET?

haha, didnt think anyone would notice the sx next to that sick Z... Yes the do lucks, man those would look sweet, especially like the chrome ones on the right which look like they have lip.. I believe they custom make em to your specification btw... panasports where his first pick, but so many Z's are running panasports, he wanted to try something else.. The work wheels look mad tight.. dood that skyline is angry... look at it, its almost as mad as the R34...yes the engine is an L28T from 82 280zx, my brother says they eat and $hit on the same side since the intake and exhaust are on the same side of the engine. kind of an inefficient design but they can still put down some serious power..

L24TT putting down 11s…sick stuff..http://www.eng.fsu.edu/~jthagard/

FJ20 was in the black Z that Hashiriya posted.

I thought that was an L28, but I never knew they had the intake and exhaust manifolds on the same side.

And coma, your coupe is nice too. We just dont get to see classic 240Z's like that very often...

The FJ came in S12 Silvias, I know that for certain. I know it also came in either R30 or R31 Skylines (possibly both? dunno). I don't know what other cars it showed up in, but it probably made it's way to a sedan or two as well, if I had to venture a guess.

They are awesome engines.

Chingon: I know that's what was in MY picture, otherwise I wouldn't have posted it. I was asking what engine was in his brother's car.

My GOD, they ONLY way to get that driveway any more full of teh sexiness is by adding an BNR32 GT-R!!! Seriously, I hate you 2! AMAZING cars!!!!

I have abuddy with a very similar tune 240Z (L28ET, T3/T4, full suspension). It is a BEAST. Your S13 better have some balls.

LOL...my stock car has no balls, was going to go KAT but school is limiting my funds so ill have to wait a year or two... SIGH... even with a KAT id probably still get my @$$ handed to me, unless it was fully built with like 600+ HP.. and even if it did look at what id have to compete with.

haha... my car would probably cower in fear of getting pulled in through that front end..
