if the owner for the one on cl is not a total idiot, there's a high chance to talk him down to 1.5k-2k.

So sorry Dave. :(

It's obvious who your friends are here... :)

I recommend an AZ / CA / NM / TX car. I'll look at one for ya if you find one in AZ. I could even be persuaded to help set up shipping. Cheaper than fixing rust.

Glad you're ok.

Or a Regal (better looking than the Monte IMO)

Dave, would have liked to have met you at Carlisle, so I am sorry about the ride. I'm glad you're ok, but having to replace cars through insurance and everything is such a pain in the nads. Good luck finding that coupe you sound interested in.

The grand-national converted Regal won't happen, dude wants like 5 grand for it and he's so retarded that he won't go lower.

I found a coupe sort of locally for $1400, haven't seen a picture of it yet but will check it out tomorrow if I get off early again...
I love that aftermarket bumper on that Z31 chris! WTf is it?

Damn man that really blows.
It sucks going through so much s*** finding a new car+parting/selling the old one+meeting insurance adjusters+aching body etc. for an accident that wasn't your fault. I hope that kid gets killed in a car accident soon by someone on their phone.
Good Luck with the hunt.

Hey, hey, it's not nice to wish death on ANYONE, no matter how much of an idiot they really are.

The good, which should be the focus, is that our fellow nissan enthusiast made it out alive and well. The accident really isn't his fault so he should still be on good terms with his insurance company, and is already on the move trying to get into the car he wanted in the first place. So right now things seem to be very well for him; aside from whatever minor injuries he may have sustained.

Best of wishes, and hopefully the local find works out just fine.
