yeah about that, and i am just now getting home from work..... working from 3pm till 8am, spend the last 2hours hearing how im not a good manager and that im costing him thousands of dollars and that i need to work harder i need to put in more hours to make more money. . .. . IM GOIN TO FKING GO POSTAL. . . make more money work more. but i wont see a fing diem of it....

sure there were some valid points and some postive renforcements. but majority was showing how im a dumbass and screw up multiple times everyday on the same sh1t. . . its enough to make someone just want to go off.... but i see where hes comming from....

but if thats not enough its now 9am and i have to run 20mins out of the city to pick up somthing i didnt order enough of. so by 10am ill be there picking it up by 11am ill be home and just getting to sleep . and i have to get up at 1:30 - 2:00 so i can be at work by 3 just to work till 5-8am :ylsuper :ylsuper :ylsuper

and you guys wonder why i dont post much and when i do it doesnt make much sense, cause im usally 80% out of it and pretty damn stoned, i recently took up smoking weed again just to help me get to sleep. .. when your working 30-40 hours in two days alone then you have a fing right to ***** about your job, and if you stay there you just a freaking moron, like me......

You didn't watch F1 qualifying this morning!!?? :)

Seriously though, he does pay you some wicked overtime i hope, right?

You are a tougher man than i am though...i worked 15 hours a day for a temp job one time and that was only for like a week. The money was nice but that is basically all you do or even can do while you are working and will take its toll on you quite quickly. Hope you get things straightened out man.

I totally feel for ya jon. I've been there and it sucks. Eventually the money won't be worth it anymore and you'll quit. But until then, keep rolling in the dough man...

Are you getting enough money to make working that many hours worth it?

well the money isnt great ,but its good.

the only other thing that keeps me around is that we are making money hand over fist. prob 3k a week profit, hes paid off his 50k loan on the place in less then a year, and our overhead is low. we are on the threshold of a multimillion dollar company our product is above the industry standard and people love it, if we franchise out, the core group of us that have been in from the begining stand to profit greatly, if we blow up in 5years we could all be retired but thats always just a chance that it goes to plan

Try some stuff called Melatonin (Not melanin, the pigmentatin in your skin) I used that stuff when I was working weird hours at the casino and it worked well.

ouch man, kinda reminds me when I was going to school full time, woke up at 5am because school was 30miles away, school let out at 2:30, I then had to drive another 10miles to get to work by 3:30 so I could work till midnight, then get home and asleep at 1am.

I quit school after a semester. It was pointless, it was only going to give a bachelors in machining. I am already working as a machinist and they're sending me (meaning I don't pay) back to college every other monday for the apprenticeship program which will give me my journeyman's card in 4 years. Not to mention the fact that I could take 4 GE classes and get that degree I was working so hard to get.

now I get to sleep in late, and work swing, the greatest shift ever.

haha, i was loaded until my car reminded me that it was holding my balls in vise grips and would use force if my bank account was not emptied in a quick and orderly fashion. took me all of about a week to dump 3500 bucks or so into the car...

well we had a meeting today we worked on some things but you gotta understand i hate being told to do somthing one way and not seeing that person follow his own policys. i have near no respect at all for my boss, hes manipulative, a liar , childish and very irresponsible. he could be living it up so much more then he does, if only he would just concentrate on our company and try to expand us instead hes wasting it away. he perfers to chase highschool girls and barhopping with a trashy crowd , the same group i knew years before i met him. they are the reason im a two time felon and lost 6months of my life. now hes met them and out with them every night... they are still the same losers

when i get some free time we can meet up and shoot the shlt.

i think as soon as all my parts are in im taking a 2week vacation. to put it togther and then head out to vegas for the national convention. if not im goin to flordia for a week.
