i traded my charger for an 05 evo 8. drove 8 hours to kansas city to get it. drove through torrential rains and saw the aftermath of the tornado that touched down in stl... anyway the evo is bone stock (downpipe on the way, exhaust/intake and an ecu flash in a couple weeks), 52k miles. and it's pretty much amazing. i called mitsu prior to making the deal and had them run the vin for any warranty work (to see if it'd been driven hard) and the only thing was replaced wing/painted trunk (the wings and calipers are notorious for clear coat peeling). badges removed, rexpeed carbon edm/jdm emblem incoming, amber side markers incoming

man i couldn't see why anyone who has driven one would hate on them. it's so much fun... the turbo is nuts, the handling is insane, that feeling of absolute grip all the time (so far lol) and plus i mean the ability for those launches... mmmm

i had a 03 evo viii for 5 years before my s13 and loved it. its insane being able to push over 25psi on a stock turbo...
