Honestly finding an engien and trans in southern indiana was a pain. I went to junkyards weekly and allt he new 240's that came in were picked clean in a few days. I just searched craigslist by chance and found a guy thats doign an LS1 swap and was sellign them cheap. I can now get rid of the slushbox and do some upgrades while the engine is on the stand :D

The guy i got it from spraybombed it flat black, and even painted the wing an ugly orange. i painted up a piece of metal white and used spraycan tint for model cars and liked the way it looked so thats the direction i plan on going. I hope to start wrenching ont he engien this weekend but i have to get a pos Linclon out of the garage first.
